Job Summary
Deliver prompt, friendly service to customers and handle transactions precisely while ensuring sales clerks receive required breaks. Manage inventory replenishment, maintain clean and well-stocked department fixtures, and train new employees on department responsibilities. Collaborate closely with store management to build teamwork and pride of ownership within the Electronics & Housewares team. Prioritize workload, solve customer problems strategically, and engage with diverse individuals to uphold high customer service standards. This role supports Bi-Mart's community-focused mission of providing real values on name brand products to Northwest families.
