Job Summary
Assemble, test, and repair radio broadcast and other electronic equipment while diagnosing and resolving technical issues with electronic systems. Support ministry partners with equipment setup, repair, and training, specializing in radio automation software to train users. Maintain quality control for all technical services and products, collaborating with the Broadcast Solutions Team on assigned projects. Assist with installation and service projects remotely and on-site through occasional travel. This full-time onsite role in Elkhart, Indiana, is for a follower of Jesus Christ committed to the organization's Statement of Faith, where compensation is funded through a financial partnership model.
Required Qualifications
- Called to serve in missions
- Trained or experienced in electronics assembly, troubleshooting, and repair
- Proficient with electronic test tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Calm under pressure and dependable with deadlines
- A team player with strong communication skills
- A follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for the gospel
