Job Summary
Electronics Engineering Manager leading a team of electronic and software engineers to develop and deliver software and algorithms to control Caterpillar engines. Partner with various software and systems groups to deploy production software for Caterpillar engines, with additional oversight of supporting electronic teams located in India. Responsibilities include managing staff and activities toward organizational goals, improving product and process performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness, and establishing processes for design, development, manufacturing, and technology. Travel is <10%. Visa sponsorship is available and relocation assistance is offered. The role requires onsite work five days a week.
