Job Summary
Electronics Engineer responsible for designing and developing high-performance mixed-signal hardware systems from schematic capture and PCB layout to validation, calibration, and manufacturing transition. Role requires expertise in analog and digital circuit design, multilayer PCB layouts (4–8+ layers) with controlled impedance, high-speed routing (differential pairs, length matching, stack-up definition), signal integrity and power integrity practices, EMI/EMC-aware layout and grounding strategies, schematics and component selection, MCU-based embedded systems, hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, and calibration, plus documentation of designs and validation results. Collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready hardware and experience with test procedures, prototyping support, and transition to manufacturing (DFM/DFT). Desired qualifications include precision analog front-end design, EMI/EMC regulatory knowledge, system-level testing, familiarity with industrial/power/measurement systems, and a safety-conscious, inclusive, fast-moving mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in analog and digital hardware design
- Strong experience in high-speed multilayer PCB layout
- Experience with controlled impedance routing and mixed-signal board design
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
- Experience designing MCU-based embedded systems
