Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in electronic assembly operations such as SMT, AOI, Prepping Components, X-Ray, De-Panel, and Soldering
- Experience interpreting schematics, drawings, diagrams, and other visual aides for assembly
- Ability to work with team members to ensure production roles are clear
- Ability to communicate regularly with engineers and design staff
- Experience using tools to make or repair parts and products
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to differentiate between colors for electrical wires
- Attention to detail and maintenance of a clean workspace
- Ability to read parts lists and verify completeness
- Familiarity with routine preventive maintenance
- Experience maintaining inventory and placing orders
- Basic computer skills for quality control forms
- Familiarity with ESD and FOD-controlled environments
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow safety guidelines
