Job Summary
Electronics Assembler & Tester needed to assemble, test, and package Opus IVS electronic products. Responsibilities include product manufacture/final assembly, testing, packaging, adhering to company policies, practicing workplace organization, safe operation of hand tools and test equipment, and meeting internal/customer quality and delivery expectations. Requires High School or GED; strong verbal/written communication; teamwork and adaptability. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or vocational certification in electronic technology, plus experience with quality practices, soldering, ESD-controlled manufacturing, and Lean Manufacturing. Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Experience with safe operation of power hand tools
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Preferred: Associate Degree or Vocational Certification in electronic technology
- Experience with build-in-station quality practices a plus
- Soldering experience a plus
- Experience with ESD-controlled manufacturing a plus
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
