Electronics Assembler- Molding

Electronics assembler responsible for hand soldering, basic assembly using hand tools, labeling, packaging, and visual inspection of electronic components. Tasks include following detailed drawings and IPC standards, performing functional testing, accurately recording yields and final confirmations in the production system, and maintaining organized work areas per 5-S. Roles encompass Level I (Entry Level) through Level III (advanced) with increasing responsibility, including training of new hires and capability to take charge in unsupervised situations. Strong emphasis on teamwork, quality metrics, and adherence to documented work instructions and BOLs.
