Job Summary
As an Electronics and Software Technician, you will collaborate with hardware and software teams to improve the performance and reliability of the propulsion test rig, supporting full system-level integration and testing. Your role includes cabling activities, troubleshooting and debugging hardware and software solutions, and utilizing lab equipment to analyze signals. You will need a solid foundation in electronics, hands-on experience with test environments, programming skills in C, C++, and Python, and a keen understanding of sensors and power electronics.
Required Qualifications
- CFC in Electronics or an equivalent technical background
- Hands-on experience working with test benches
- Experience with C, C++, or similar low-level programming languages
- Practical knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or data handling
- Confidence using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators
- Experience testing power electronics and understanding system behavior
- Experience working with pressure and temperature sensors
- Understanding of embedded Linux and Yocto
- English communication skills at CEFR level B2
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as CAN, MODBUS, Ethernet, UART, PCIE, and USB
- Knowledge of DC/DC converter design for higher power applications
