Job Summary
Understand customer technical inputs including SOR, DV requirements, and project specifications. Lead electromagnetic subsystem components development and manage supplier technical issues. Conduct design reviews with supplier solutions and internal teams while coordinating system and emotor product teams. Plan, implement, and optimize drive measurement procedures to meet quality and deadline specifications. Provide customer and on-site support with quick responses for technical troubleshooting. Support simulation teams in model validation and prepare training materials and user documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Study of Power Electronics, Electrical engineering, Automation, Mechanical engineering with a Master, Dipl.-Ing. or Dr.-Ing. (PhD)- degree
- In-depth knowledge of electrical motors, incl. electromagnetic design, mechanical design & simulation, and EM key materials & manufacture processes
- Experience in solving test tasks in different system domains within multiple projects
- Outstanding analytical and communicative skills
- Willingness to work for extra mile and good ownership mindset
- Organisational skill and creativity
- very good English skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in commercial vehicles
- preferred working experience over 3 years
- Knowledge on thermal, NVH and inverter integration, calibration
- Ability and experience in plausibilization of measurement results
- German is a plus
