Job Summary
Setup, validate, and optimize advanced electronic test equipment for diverse aerospace systems including fuel measurement, radar, and avionics. Troubleshoot and debug electronic assemblies to the component level, identify root causes, and drive continuous product and process improvements. Collaborate with Production Engineering, Quality, and external suppliers to ensure reliable testing of safety-critical components. Occasional travel of 1–2 weeks required for new licenses.
Required Qualifications
- experienced Electronics Technician or Test Engineer
- passion for electronics and problem-solving
- hands-on experience working with analogue and/or digital electronic products
- enjoy supporting production through fault finding, test, and continuous improvement
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate across several departments internally and suppliers externally

- always seeking ways to improve
- occasional travel required for new licenses 1 or 2 weeks in length
Desired Qualifications
- HNC/HND/Degree (or equivalent) qualification in Electronics
- previous experience in the aerospace industry
