Job Summary
Assist with cable pulling, terminations, and testing for low-voltage security systems including fiber optics, RG 6, and Cat5e. Mount field devices such as cameras and readers while locating them on blueprints and interpreting elevation details. Install raceways, perform simple conduit bends, and repair electronic security equipment. Identify cable types, connectors, and ESS codes to complete tasks accurately. Requires at least one year of related experience and a Secret clearance. Salary is $35.18/hr.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of related experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- reading, writing, and analytic skills
- Ability to speak, write, and understand the English language
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Prior experience in construction and or electronic security work
- OEM Electronic Security System certifications
