Job Summary
Program and troubleshoot control systems including PLCs, servo drives, AC drives, interface modules, DC drives, and HMIs. Assist with mechanical repairs and execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks. Read, redline, and create electrical drawings while leading projects and coordinating results within a team-oriented environment. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects following change management procedures. Requires CMMS (MP2 preferred), PLCs (GE & Allen Bradley), and servo controls experience. Minimum of one year working with control systems and electrical troubleshooting. Associate's degree in maintenance or ten years experience with a high school diploma. 2nd shift hours from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. M-F, with rotating weekend coverage in Week 4. Rate of pay is $34.60 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in maintenance related field
- 10 years maintenance experience with a High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with control systems
