Job Summary
Construct, maintain, and test moderate electrical systems and components using measuring and diagnostics tools to evaluate electronic parts. Modify electronic systems based on received instruction and direction regarding complex problems and solutions. Possess effective oral and written communications skills to assist with communications pertaining to specific assignments or meetings. Perform other related duties as assigned by management, including up to 10% traveling. Requires an Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent military experience with 3-5 years of related experience, including Surface Mount Technology soldering and schematic capture software proficiency. US Citizenship is required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent military experience
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Surface Mount Technology (SMT) soldering experience
- Effective knowledge of Schematic Capture and PCB layout software
- Excellent soldering skills
- Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain operations and associated management systems
- Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical specialization
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Acute attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- US Citizenship
- Must be willing to work on government contracts and have the ability to obtain a security clearance
