Job Summary
Electronic Maintenance Infrastructure Technician at The Boeing Company responsible for installation, service, maintenance, upgrades, and modification of process equipment, alarm systems, fire panels, cranes, RF systems, tank lines and waste treatment plants. Diagnose and correct equipment or system malfunctions, modify, test, calibrate, and document configurations to meet compliance requirements. Utilize electronic/electrical test equipment and computing systems to verify performance; collaborate with management, engineering, equipment manufacturers, vendors, and other organizations to analyze facility and equipment design needs and potential improvements. Must meet safety requirements including lifting and working at heights, wearing PPE, and maintaining awareness of surrounding hazards. Position is 100% onsite with locations in Renton, Puyallup, Auburn, Seattle, Kent, Tukwila, and Frederickson, WA. Basic Qualifications include 3+ years in electronics/electrical troubleshooting, experience inspecting/testing fire protection equipment, willingness to work all shifts and overtime, ability to work at heights up to 125 feet with safety gear, and ability to pass Fall Protection Training. Preferred qualifications include PLC troubleshooting and experience with AC/DC drives, VFDs, servo systems, and fire panels.
