Electronic Systems Technical Specialist - Software responsible for investigating product software problems, identifying causal mechanisms, authoring resolution actions, and documenting results; drives improvement of software development processes and tools (coding, compiling, testing) and utilizes editors, integration tools, static analysis tools, and hardware-in-the-loop test tools. Interfaces with product and software teams to deliver verified software features and builds, guides cross-functional collaboration, reviews work of less-experienced engineers, and leads smaller projects or components with accountability to the team. Provides independent execution of established processes, mentors engineers, and contributes to improving work processes across a global unit. Role includes leadership, cross-functional coordination, and recognized specialization within a discipline or product area; location: Pune, India (on-site with flexibility).
