Job Summary
As an Electronic Solder Operator, you will be responsible for soldering electronic components on printed circuit boards and ensuring high-quality workmanship in compliance with industry standards. Requirements include experience in soldering and inspecting electronic components according to IPC standards and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience soldering surface mount and through-hole components
- Experience inspecting surface mount and through hole solder per IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 workmanship requirements
- Good working knowledge of ESD and IPC-A-610 workmanship requirements
- Component Identification Ability required
- Expected to read and comprehend process documentation including Bills of Materials and Assembly drawings
- Expected to communicate well in English both verbally and in written format
- Candidates should be very organized with the ability to keep count of parts
- Candidates should have the ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with J Standard or Mil-cert is beneficial
- Proficient with Excel
