Job Summary
Process daily electronic services transactions (ACH, ATM deposits, wires, mobile deposits, bill pay, drafts, transfers); review transactions for accuracy and resolve routine discrepancies; assist with debit card disputes and transaction-related inquiries; monitor deposits in transit and related items; support branches and departments with electronic service requests; maintain accurate documentation and records; escalate higher-risk issues as needed; follow established policies, procedures, and audit standards; contribute to loss prevention and reliable member experience by building foundational knowledge of electronic services operations. Requires reliability, willingness to learn, and adherence to Eagle Community Credit Union’s ICARE values. 0-2 years banking/operations experience; strong attention to detail; proficient with Microsoft Office; on-site at Corporate Office, Foothill Ranch, CA.
