Job Summary
Process ACH exception items, returns, and debit origination while reconciling transactions with core systems and networks. Manage ATM, debit, and credit card portfolios by ordering cards, monitoring fraud, and processing chargebacks. Handle Share Draft exception items and perform daily or monthly reconciliations for hardware faults and adjustments. Mentor team members on resolving operational issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Support members, financial partners, and team members through accurate service delivery using internal applications. Full-time role Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 pm, with occasional weekend coverage. Requires three years of ACH or card dispute experience and extensive knowledge of NACHA and Regulation E.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Extensive regulatory knowledge
- Minimum of three (3) years of processing experience specific to Automated Clearing House (ACH)
- Experience with card disputes and fraud chargebacks
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP)
- Extensive knowledge of and compliance with NACHA
- Knowledge of Green book
- Knowledge of Regulation E
- Knowledge of Regulation Z applicable to cards
- Basic knowledge of Regulation CC
- Basic knowledge of Regulation D
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong service delivery skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong prioritizing skills
- Skillset relative to Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Full-time employment availability
- Availability from Monday through Friday 7:00 AM- 6:00 pm
- Ability to work occasional holidays or weekends
- Eligibility to be bonded through a fidelity bond
- Authorization for background investigations (Employment Verifications, Credit Report, Criminal Records Search, Social Security Search, Governmental Registries Search)
