Job Summary
Maintain visibility into execution status, risks, and readiness indicators across multiple active job sites while identifying trends impacting productivity, safety, and quality. Serve as the primary support resource for Site Leads by ensuring alignment on priorities, standards, and escalation protocols, and assist in resolving constraints beyond site-level authority. Monitor for unsafe trends, intervene when necessary, and escalate safety risks and incidents promptly to promote proactive safety leadership. Coordinate with general contractors and trades to support resolution of access, logistics, and work-zone challenges, and escalate staffing, technical, and schedule risks to Field Operations Management, Construction teams, and Project Managers. Track recurring issues through resolution and prevent systemic problems from impacting multiple sites.

- Deep understanding of field operations and construction environments
