Electronic Security Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate project functions from award to completion by supporting quote generation, site surveys, and sub-pricing. Verify project readiness for kickoffs, engage resources, and schedule internal meetings with PMs, Ops, Engineering, and Sales. Track assigned tasks, set deadlines, and monitor status reports to ensure weekly leadership updates are complete and accurate. Drive engineering and subcontractor tasks to completion, escalate past due items, and validate material receipt for early mobilization. Assist with change orders, confirm labor assignments, and drive deliverables to completion. Compile lesson learned documents and support business development and sales departments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Skills/experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to be creative and resourceful in obtaining solutions to uncommon applications.
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team atmosphere.
- Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficient verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Customer focus and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
