Electronic Security Integration Technician - Special Projects

Job Summary
Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors while tracking project scheduling and communicating directly with internal and external teams. Read specifications and drawings to maintain accurate documentation of systems, then perform installation, training, and troubleshooting for new and existing control systems. Complete final Test and Acceptance of security systems and implement necessary project changes consistently with company policies. This Senior Technician position at i2G Systems focuses on site management and installation for new and existing clients, with a goal to train replacements and advance into Project Management.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of general access control systems
- Thorough understanding of electronic security systems, their individual parts, and the onsite labor necessary to complete an installation
- Skills/experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Physical/Electronic Security Experience 5-7 Years
- Ability to be creative and resourceful in obtaining solutions to uncommon applications
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team atmosphere
- Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Proficient verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Customer focus and a strong commitment to client satisfaction
Desired Qualifications
- Lenel and Genetec knowledge is preferred
