Job Summary
Lead end-to-end EMR/EHR integration projects for ambulatory cardiac monitoring, handling implementation through go-live and post-conversion support. Oversee integrations across Holter, event monitoring, and mobile telemetry workflows; define and validate integration scope and requirements (HL7, ORM, ORU, ADT, FHIR APIs); ensure alignment across clinical, technical, and billing use cases; manage interface development, data mapping, connectivity (VPN, SFTP, APIs); drive testing cycles, risk tracking, and issue resolution; provide implementation support, maintain documentation, and communicate readiness and workflow considerations. You’ve got 3+ years of healthcare IT project management or 7+ years of relevant experience with a degree or high school diploma, with HL7/HIE experience and REST/FHIR familiarity; capable of supporting Eastern/Central US time zones; comfortable with 3+ days per week in-office requirement for some roles.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare IT project management or integration experience in a customer-facing environment
- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience with at least a high school diploma
- Experience HL7 workflows including ADT, ORM, ORU, DFT (defibrillation threshold)
- Familiarity with FHIR-based integrations and REST APIs in interoperability frameworks
- Ability to perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements for Field Service position
- Must be able to support Eastern and Central Time zones within the United States
