Job Summary
Serve as the primary trainer for all program staff using Therap EHR software, providing ongoing technical assistance, workshops, and educational resources. Monitor organizational use of Therap modules to ensure optimal utilization while troubleshooting internal issues and answering staff questions. Collaborate with the Vice President of Business Intelligence to collect, analyze, and interpret data, generating reports, dashboards, and presentations to support programs in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Perform regular audits to ensure documentation quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance, working closely with the Service Billing Department to support claims processing. Present findings to internal and external stakeholders and provide feedback to leadership regarding system enhancements. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and assist in maintaining Therap-related policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with the population served or in a related field
- Working knowledge of Therap EHR software
- Strong computer proficiency
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and generate meaningful reports
- This position operates primarily in a professional office environment with flexibility for remote work
- Regular interaction with staff, leadership, and cross-functional teams is required
- This role involves regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 15 lbs), and hands-on support
- Minimal travel to North Carolina and Tennessee may be required
