Electronic Game Technician

Job Summary

Conduct preventive maintenance, conversions, repairs, and installations for electronic gaming equipment in field environments. Perform pre-site inspections, read schematic diagrams, and troubleshoot problems for customers and on-site technicians. Maintain accurate inventory, document repairs, and follow preventive maintenance schedules while gathering data on outstanding issues. Provide supervision to junior technicians and assist customers in resolving disputes, performing jackpot verifications, and educating players on basic functionality. Work five days per week with potential additional hours for emergencies, requiring a high school diploma, two years of electronic gaming experience, and training in electrical or computer repair.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Training in repair of electrical and/or computer
  • Must be able to work at least five days per week
  • Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must be able to undergo a background investigation
  • Must have approval of any necessary tribal gaming license, granted by their respective gaming commission

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years of electronic gaming experience
