Job Summary
Provide daily system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for online, mobile banking, treasury management, and payments functions. Configure mobile check deposit systems, manage debit card programs, and serve as a subject matter expert for branches, customer support, and internal teams on digital banking issues. Monitor digital channels for exceptions and fraud, document findings, and escalate problems to managers. Assist with product updates, audit documentation, and process improvements to streamline workflows. Support Treasury Management on commercial onboarding, ACH origination, and wire templates.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent specialized training
- 1-3 years of experience in bank operations, digital banking, debit card services, customer support, treasury support, or related financial services operations
