Job Summary
Provide daily support for online, mobile banking, and treasury management functions, including troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation, and issue resolution for digital wallets, bill pay, and external transfers. Configure mobile check deposit systems, manage debit card programs, and serve as a subject matter expert for branches, customer support, and compliance teams. Monitor digital channels for exceptions and fraud, document findings, and escalate matters to managers. Assist with new product initiatives, testing, and training while maintaining organized records for auditors and vendors. Review existing processes to recommend workflow improvements and streamline operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent specialized training
- 1-3 years of experience in bank operations, digital banking, debit card services, customer support, treasury support, or related financial services operations
