Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop the Electronic Banking team while establishing expectations, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring coverage across service delivery and controls. Drive digital banking projects, system enhancements, and change initiatives in coordination with internal departments and vendors. Oversee digital banking system administration, configuration, interfaces, and product setup, serving as a subject matter expert for mobile app functionality, bill pay, and authentication tools. Research complex digital banking issues, resolve customer-impacting events, and oversee payment services including ACH, wire-related systems, and instant payments. Maintain risk and control oversight for digital functions, manage audit examinations, and develop operational metrics to streamline processes and enhance work quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent specialized training
- Minimum of 5 years of banking, digital banking, debit card services, treasury management, payment operations or financial services experience
Desired Qualifications
- Accredited ACH Professional certification or similar certification preferred
- Management experience preferred
