Job Summary
Lead the Electronic Banking team by coaching staff, establishing expectations, and ensuring coverage while managing digital banking projects, system enhancements, and change initiatives. Oversee system administration, configuration, and interfaces for platforms including mobile apps, bill pay, and digital onboarding tools. Serve as the subject matter expert for complex digital banking issues, payment services like ACH and wires, and Treasury Management products. Maintain risk and control oversight through access administration, segregation of duties, and exception monitoring, while serving as the department lead for audits and examinations. Develop operational metrics and streamline processes to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent specialized training
- Minimum of 5 years of banking, digital banking, debit card services, treasury management, payment operations or financial services experience
Desired Qualifications
- Accredited ACH Professional certification or similar certification preferred
- Management experience preferred
