Job Summary
Perform testing on electronic assemblies and finished products, troubleshooting failures down to the component level using schematics and test equipment. Diagnose and repair assemblies while assisting with the development and improvement of testing procedures. Conduct preventative maintenance on high-tech manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot production systems to minimize downtime. Program manufacturing equipment for production jobs and maintain accurate testing and production documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process. Full-time first shift schedule with competitive pay and comprehensive hands-on technical training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Computer Technology, or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Previous electronics manufacturing experience
