Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong manual dexterity and keen visual acuity; must pass visual and color vision exams
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work with chemicals and perform repetitive tasks in sitting, standing, reaching, twisting, and stooping positions
- Must obtain IPC-A-610 Certification for back panel assembly work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing environments using scopes or precision measurement tools
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS 9100, or Nadcap standards
Additional Requirements
- Position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
