Job Summary
Electronic Archiving Project Manager responsible for managing complex onboardings for the Electronic Archiving program, ensuring compliance with Records Management policies; lead for Archive360 onboardings, manage program-level initiatives and enterprise data migrations from initiation through UAT and deployment; collaborate with Global EA Lead, EA Records Specialist, and client teams; lead meetings, provide status updates and risk assessments, track metrics, ensure deliverables, and maintain client relationships within a hybrid NYC-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent Mac and/or PC computer skills; ability to learn and become proficient with new applications
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployment, eDiscovery and data migration expertise preferred
- Strong project management discipline, organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
