Job Summary
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems, repair failures of production and facility equipment, and perform preventative maintenance on pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems. Troubleshoot faults in transformers, drives, and motors using electronic test equipment, then create and maintain inspection plans and technical data records. Actively assist with planning work orders and parts requisitions while training production staff on proper equipment use. Perform general installations and fabricate production equipment, ensuring all tasks adhere to OSHA safety standards. This full-time, in-person role in Eagle Pass reports to the Maintenance Technical Supervisor and is a key member of the "Customer Ready!" quality team. Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- This is a fully in-person position
- Bachelor or Technical college degree in Electrical or Mechatronics
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of Electrical and Mechanical experience
- Knowledge of MIG & TIG welding
- Relevant operations skills of material handling equipment, such as forklifts and trailers
Desired Qualifications
- Advance knowledge of electric software platforms, Siemens systems
- Drawing design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
