Job Summary
Electromechanical Technician responsible for precise assembly of electrical and mechanical components to support production of motor controls and related equipment. Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics, perform wiring, soldering, and crimping of connections, and use hand tools to assemble and test electrical components. Conduct functional tests, troubleshoot with engineers, maintain organized workspace, and adhere to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment. Requires familiarity with electrical components, circuits, and assembly techniques, plus an Associate degree or trade school credential and proven wiring experience. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or trade school degree
- Experience in wiring
- Proven experience as an Integration Technician in a manufacturing or production setting
- Familiarity with electrical components, circuits, and assembly techniques
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics accurately
- Proficient in using basic hand tools and other assembly equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Team player with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
