Electromechanical Technician

Electromechanical Technician responsible for maintaining and improving mechanical, electrical, and automated systems in the production facility. You will work hands-on with production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and support startup each morning. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, performing fabrication, welding and Modifications as needed, participating in equipment upgrades, keeping a clean and organized workshop, and ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards. Preferred qualifications include TIG welding, familiarity with labeling and packaging equipment, HACCP knowledge, strong teamwork and communication, and a safety-first mindset. This full-time role requires a D.E.P. in electromécanique or industrial mechanics (or Quebec equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience; relocation assistance is not available.
