Electromechanical Service Advisor

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and service requests while diagnosing and troubleshooting water treatment equipment. Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on electromechanical systems, maintaining accurate records of work orders and service reports. Provide technical training to customers and junior technicians, ensuring all activities meet quality standards and safety compliance. Monitor spare parts inventory to ensure timely repairs and stay updated on water treatment technology advancements. Requires a diploma in Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the water treatment industry.
