Job Summary
Assemble motors, gearboxes, brakes, and feedback devices following mechanical drawings and work instructions. Operate manual and pneumatic presses using defined jigs, apply fasteners to specified torque values with calibrated tools, and select shims to achieve required clearances. Wire electrical components, fill gearboxes with lubricants, and perform visual inspections and functional checks using calipers and gauges. Safely lift heavy components, support warehouse logistics, and maintain 5S cleanliness and safety compliance. This onsite role in Uxbridge, MA offers $22–$26/hour for candidates with high school diplomas and mechanical aptitude. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly
- Ability to read basic work instructions and drawings
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn electromechanical assembly
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in oil/industrial environment
