Electromechanical Field Service Technician

Perform maintenance on proprietary machines, diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures, and determine the most effective repair to minimize customer downtime. Execute all administrative duties including record keeping, reporting, and inventory management for parts, tools, and test equipment. Follow escalation procedures to resolve problems expeditiously while maintaining timely communications with designated personnel and customer management. This role requires a minimum of four years of electromechanical work experience and hands-on knowledge with solenoids, pneumatics, and computer systems. The position involves an on-call day shift with 12-hour hours Monday through Friday, starting at 6am-8am, with alternate weekends and overtime pay.
