Electromechanical Field Service Technician [FST - Hicksville]

Maintain, troubleshoot, and service electromechanical equipment at retail stores by performing billable preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Respond to all service calls within customer expectations while adhering to OSHA and company safety regulations, including proper PPE usage. Order correct parts, manage on-site inventory, and perform accurate inventory reconciliation to ensure quick job completion. Document all work via handheld device and coordinate timely technical support to minimize repair duration. Arrive at job sites prepared with necessary tools, instructions, and safety equipment. Available for reactive phone support and on-call rotations as directed by the DSM.
