Job Summary
You will be responsible for the electromechanical design of products including motors, mechanisms, and energy harvesters, engaging from conception through to production and end-of-life phases. Responsibilities include conducting electromagnetic simulations and optimizing designs with collaboration across engineering teams to ensure performance.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience using finite element analysis (FEA) software for electromagnetic simulations
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic system operating principles
- Programming experience in MATLAB and/or Python
- Experience using National Instruments (NI) data acquisition hardware
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) is a plus
