Electromechanical Assembler

Job Summary
Coordinate daily responsibilities to meet production schedule; program microprocessors; solder as required per documentation; use solder pot for soldering headers and wires; set up and perform electronic testing of board assemblies per specifications for standard and special products; perform troubleshooting of board assemblies; place board assemblies into enclosure and tighten with screws per documentation; box product and label box per documentation; become familiar with all aspects of the Quality Management System; comply with all Quality Management System tools and techniques; report quality issues and make recommendations for quality improvements; assist in other areas of manufacturing including unloading delivery trucks and taking out trash & recyclables.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read instructions, operate machines safely, and visually inspect produced parts
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding plant directives in English
