Electromechanic Technician (UPK)

Job Summary

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automated systems, and ABB robots, including programming, lubrication, and troubleshooting. Design detailed 2D and 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks to support fabrication and maintenance improvements. Monitor spare parts inventory, operate CMMS systems for accurate activity recording, and manage KPIs such as MTTR and MTBF. Interpret pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams while utilizing industrial sensors, thermocouples, thermal cameras, and air leak detectors. Support automation tasks including PLC monitoring, sensor calibration, and integration with industrial communication protocols. Requires 3 to 5 years of industrial or mechatronic maintenance experience and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial or mechatronic maintenance
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ABB robots programming and maintenance
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks (2D and 3D design and detailed drawings)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, basic macros), OneDrive, and Microsoft Forms
  • Understanding of maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF) and experience with CMMS
  • Familiarity with sensors such as Keyence and SICK, thermocouples, thermal cameras, and air leak detection
  • Experience with CNC machinery and 3D printing related to maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
