Job Summary
Electromechanic responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to ensure efficient operation of industrial systems while adhering to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance processes. Key duties include installing/configuring new equipment, disassembling/replacing old parts, planning and managing repairs for equipment and buildings, and adjusting equipment for safe, efficient performance. Requires strong practical knowledge of pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, familiarity with 480/220 three-phase and 110-volt electrical systems, ability to access ladders/elevated areas and operate cranes, and capability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication, and hands-on experience with manual and/or power tools.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of previous experience in an Industrial Maintenance position
- Practical knowledge of pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Ability to demonstrate basic mechanical/electrical knowledge through testing
- Significant electrical knowledge of 480/220 three phase and 110 volts
- Ability to climb and work from ladders, man lifts, overhead cranes, and ceilings greater than 40 feet
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and follow work instructions
- Two years of previous experience in handling manual and or power tools
- Ability to communicate and interact with co-workers in a positive way
