Job Summary
Electromechanic to maintain and optimize production and facility equipment at Marmon’s new Mesquite facility. Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and preventive/corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, reading manuals and drawings, managing spare parts inventory (Kanban), and ensuring equipment safety and 5S adherence. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, training users, participating in safety initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement projects. Strong emphasis on diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues, and applying automation-system knowledge with basic programming skills.
