Job Summary
Read and interpret technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and engineering sketches to diagnose faults in production equipment. Solve mechanical, electrical, and electro-pneumatic problems while carrying out preventive maintenance using standard sheets. Provide technical support to production lines, coach operators in resolving non-mechanical issues, and communicate recurring problems to drive continuous improvement. Ensure equipment reliability and transfer knowledge to appropriate personnel. Report to the maintenance supervisor with a focus on optimizing production line performance.
Required Qualifications
- DEP in Electromechanics of Automated Systems or Industrial Mechanics
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to solve complex problems effectively
- An aptitude for teamwork
- Effective communication skills
- Action and results orientation
- Ability to manage stress in demanding situations
