Job Summary
Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) and Electronic Warfare (EW) Subject Matter Expert needed to support USD(R&E) leadership. Role encompasses technical and operational analysis of EMSO/EW technologies, strategic planning and roadmaps, collaboration with DoD labs and industry, and preparation of strategic documents and briefings. Requires deep knowledge of RF/microwave systems, radar, communications, spectrum management, and electronic warfare principles; active TS/SCI clearance; and the ability to work full-time in a SCIF in the National Capital Region. Lead and contribute to assessments, program reviews, and coordination across Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and service representatives to align R&D with operational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 12+ years of professional experience in electromagnetic spectrum operations, electronic warfare, or related fields
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Availability to work full-time in a SCIF environment in the National Capital Region
