Job Summary
Electromagnetic Spectrum Analyst responsible for analyzing client operations, identifying improvements across EMS domains, and delivering actionable roadmaps. Develop briefs, issue papers, and white papers; support DoD research and analysis; engage stakeholders to understand organizational needs; collaborate with team leads, clients, and senior decision-makers; assess, design, and implement recommendations; contribute to enterprise-level EMS initiatives in a government/DoD context. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of research/analysis experience, with exposure to DoD environments, EMS knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance; Top Secret clearance may be preferred. This role involves working in a team-oriented, client-facing environment with opportunities to influence policy and capabilities development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience with research, analysis, or advising
- Experience with developing and presenting individual and team products
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the DoD EMS and related areas
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
