Job Summary
Assess, analyze, and collaborate with stakeholders to map a client's complex mission area, identifying operational elements and areas for improvement. Develop an overall picture of the organization's structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes to provide tangible advice on business process improvements and standard methodologies. Present the path forward and expected results to leaders and senior clients, offering a roadmap for organizational transformation. Requires 12+ years of experience with consulting or the DoD, a Bachelor's degree, and Secret clearance. Applicants will undergo an identity verification process and may be required to meet eligibility requirements for classified information access.

- Ability to assess, analyze, collaborate, and present findings and courses of action
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience with consulting
- Experience with DoD Command, Control, and Communications (C3) and EMS Policy and Spectrum legislation
- Experience with data analysis, management, and data analytics
- Experience working with DoD organizations, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and services and agencies
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management, cloud infrastructure and machine learning, and project management principles and practices
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree
