Job Summary
The Electro-Mechanical Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing setting. Candidates should be prepared to work any shift and possess substantial experience in system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical training or apprenticeship in electrical or electromechanical maintenance
- Valid electrician license or certification
- At least 5 years of experience as an electrical or electromechanical technician in manufacturing
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical systems from 24VDC to 480VAC
- Skilled in using electrical testing equipment
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety practices
- Good communication skills
- Able to meet physical demands of the job
- Able to pass an employer-administered electrical skills test
