Job Summary
Wire electrical panels and machine components using point-to-point wiring, relays, contactors, breakers, and drives while interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs. Assist in debugging, testing, and bringing custom ultrasonic testing machines online by collaborating with mechanical and controls engineers. Use test equipment to verify system performance and troubleshoot issues throughout the build process. Perform non-repetitive, custom builds from start to finish in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. Work on high-end equipment used in aerospace, railroad, and metals industries while growing into advanced electrical or controls work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Electrical Technician, Panel Builder, or Electro-mechanical Tech
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience with control panel wiring and industrial components
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing / machine build environment
- Hands-on with tools and electrical testing equipment
- Detail-oriented with a precision mindset
- Problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
