Job Summary

Perform all maintenance functions for unmanned, automated, robotic, or electromechanical equipment, including electro-mechanical operations, PLC programming, and work with USPC equipment. Execute daily diagnostic and repair tasks using knowledge of electronic schematics, Allen-Bradley software, and Siemens S7 systems while adhering to written procedures and safety precautions. Operate various machine and hand tools in an enclosed manufacturing environment requiring moderate physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working around moving parts. Work the 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 2:45 pm to 10:45 pm, in a climate-controlled facility located in Erlanger, KY.

Required Qualifications

  • Possess a continuous desire for learning and improvement pertaining to the Electro Mechanical Position
  • Demonstrate throughout understanding of USPC operations
  • Take an electronics course from an accredited university
  • Demonstrated knowledge of programming USPC equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with PLC, and USPC programs
  • Knowledge of electronic schematics
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic systems, PLCs, and USPC equipment
  • Knowledge of Allen-Bradley software including RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000
  • Familiarity with Siemens S7 software
  • Ability to use a computerized work order system
  • High attention to detail and judgment based on written procedures and guidelines
  • Ability to work well with team members and leadership team
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift / push / pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to twist, reach, and bend
  • Ability to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects
  • Ability to operate various machine and hand tools
  • Ability to wear provided PPE including hearing protection and steel toed shoes
  • Candidates must be 18 years old to work for Cartamundi
  • Employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

Desired Qualifications
